U4 Anti-corruption Advisors

The Chr. Michelsen Institute seeks two experienced professionals with expertise in anti-corruption and governance to contribute to the U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Centre.

Your expertise  

CMI are interested to hear from you if you can offer experience in:

  • Development assistance monitoring and evaluation  
  • Fragile states initiatives  
  • Sector work  
  • Training and facilitation 

Qualification requirements

CMI will consider your application based on these criteria:

  • Demonstrated substantial professional experience in development policy and/or practice relevant to anti-corruption and good governance   
  • A Master’s degree is required, PhD is an advantage  
  • A record of operationally-relevant research, writing and/or publication relevant to anti-corruption and good governance in a development setting  
  • Training and facilitation experience, online or in person  
  • Fluency in English, including excellent writing skills  
  • Good research communication skills  
  • Proficiency in French, Arabic or Spanish is an advantage  
  • Experience in development aid programming an advantage  
  • Experience in project oversight and budget management an advantage
