ODI is looking for a senior Research Fellow to help lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of research, policy advice and public affairs on climate finance. You will have a strong background in public expenditure analysis and public finance management to augment the existing team. You will also have an understanding of donor approaches and country-level issues in strengthening government planning, budgeting and financial management processes. The role will be split between the Climate Change, Environment and Forests (CCEF) programme and the Centre for Aid and Public Expenditure (CAPE); as a senior member of both teams, you will help to shape a multi-disciplinary research and policy-engagement agenda.
