Transparency International (TI) is the global civil society organisation leading the fight against corruption. Through more than 90 National Chapters worldwide and an international secretariat in Berlin, Germany, TI raises awareness of the damaging effects of corruption and works with partners in government, business and civil society to develop and implement effective measures to tackle it. Building on this base, more recently a number of TI National Chapters (particularly in Europe) have started working explicitly on whistleblower protection, aimed at improving legal frameworks, improving public perceptions of whistleblowers and providing direct support and assistance where possible. Many other National Chapters throughout the world have expressed strong interest in replicating and pursuing this work in their countries. Therefore, the Transparency International Secretariat (TI-S) is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and results-oriented professional to expand - throughout the TI Movement and beyond - our global work/ engagement with whistleblowers.
