How can we getting right information about corruption in countries out of systmatic measurment, for example Middle east countries.

As we saw before in many places that measuring corruption, how can we know about
real or transparent rate of corruption in all sectors as total? I knew that what
Transparency International depend on it, but this is not enough for every places in the world, or
How can we getting right information about corruption in many countries that they don't care
for Bank system, and transferring money by cash or hands.. this making unknown corruption
in Middle east countries as example. For this case we need new thinking and idea to know
more about corruptions that disappear daily as big kinds of corruption. I known arts of hide
corruption in those countries are happen in best way to be disappear corruption, but we need
known where this corruption happen and how size of it. some times it will be difficult to known
it and measuring it. I have new Idea about measuring corruption in those countries that
difficult to know or measuring corruption.
For now I have this new idea to find best way to get information about size of corruption and measuring it in those
countries that out in system of Bank and using Cash money for them daily duties.
I have research about it but I didn't finish it yet. I will be go on to find best way to measure corruption in countries
that difficult to measure corruption in it. For This I need time and testing my project to be
practices with Theoretical and scientific. I need help for whom that have suggests to me
about making rich my research and my project in Measuring corruption in countries haven't systematic
for getting corruption information easy, Middle east countries as example.
