E-Learning course - Public Procurement: Policy, Strategy & Reform

The e-learning course, which will be conducted online, is designed for Procurement Specialists from developing countries, countries in economic transition and countries emerging from armed conflict working in the field of supervision and execution of development projects; lawyers and legal advisors who assist in the area of procurement; Ministry and local government level public procurement officers; Finance Officials from the Ministry of Finance and Central purchasing department officials.

The course will also be beneficial for legal advisers, economists, procurement policy officials and others who are directly involved in the process of developing national policy and modernizing or reforming the legal and regulatory public procurement framework of their countries, so as to have a more dynamic, transparent and efficient public financial management system.
