Kuye, Director of the UP School of Public Management and Administration (SPMA) in collaboration with the African Consortium of Public Administration (ACPA) will be hosting the 4th Annual SPMA International Conference on Public Administration from 17-18 February 2011 at the UP Conference Centre.
