Description - This unique dataset on the structure and behaviour of public administrators is based on a web survey of 528 country experts from 58 countries around the world. It covers key dimensions of quality of government, such as politicisation, professionalisation, openness, and impartiality. The data set is expected to soon include 40 additional countries, primarily from the developing world.
